Decline Specified Credit Form

This form must be submitted to Admission Services within the first 30 class days of the semester in which you commence your studies. Requests received after this date will be declined.

By signing this form, you agree to the following:

The decision to decline specified transfer credit granted in recognition of the IB/AP/British Patterned curriculum is final and will not be reversed.
Declined transfer credits will be changed to unspecified credits within the same academic discipline (ex. BIOL*1070 will be changed to BIOL*9110)
