Due to the limited number of spaces in some of the BASc majors, applications to change majors must receive formal approval by the BASc Admissions Committee. Please note that you must be registered in courses in the semester for which you are applying for the transfer.
Application Procedures:
Form must be completed and submitted by the application deadline of April 1.
At the bottom of this form there is space for you to enter a support letter (i.e., text that will support your application. For example, you may detail your reasons for changing majors, strengths, and any circumstances that may have affected your academic performance).
Decision on your application will be sent to your uoguelph.ca email, typically, by the end of July.
Admission Conditions:
Admission is only valid for the semester of entry and if you register and pay for courses for that semester.
